We are made up of qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals comprising collectively many years managing the business of construction. Each, individually, has acquired a broad spectrum of experience in many different types of projects and clientele. Our experience includes the construction and development of commercial, industrial, multi-unit residential and municipal projects as well as building for schools and religious organizations. We have constructed jobs under construction management, design-build and straight general contract approaches as well as projects that are a mix of all of the above. Due to the depth of our experience we are able to fulfill the requirements of many types of contract structures.
We are an efficient, tightly run, financially stable company with credit and bonding lines in place. This, along with our solid reputation, has contributed to our ability to compete with many larger firms on projects large and small. In lieu of largess, quality and professionalism are our aims.

JOB SAFETY
tcd construction works hard to promote safety on the job-site.
Most of our field employees are lift, first aid and OSHA certified – our supers for the 30 hour training. In addition to our own safety management structure we regularly employ outside agencies to inspect and score our projects. This information is provided directly to top management.
While we are proud of our safety record to date we continuously look for ways to eliminate ALL job site accidents.
